Mrs Gillian Hall is our Clerk to the Congregational Board and as such is responsible for ensuring the rota for Door Duty on a Sunday is with Board Members at the beginning of each new church year. She prepares the minutes and the Business agenda for all our Board Meetings to ensure the smooth running of these meetings. This is extra work taken on as Gillian works full time during the week.
